1. RENTAL HOUSING

These services caters for house rentals for long term lease specifically designed to cater for working class and business houses looking at accommodating their staff within the Kagamuga area of Mt Hagen, W.H.P. The housing lease and affordability looks at specific needs of the client in terms of security, transport and proximity to shopping centres, schools and markets and the housing availability and location ideally is situated in an area that conveniently meets the daily needs of a tenant. Facilities includes total of 3 bedrooms, stand alone, all amenities (white and brown goods) security fencing with security guard, water supply with standby tanks and generator.

2. GUEST HOUSE

The guest house service facility tends to meet the schedules of those that are intending to transit having busy movement schedules. It is tendered to meet the affordability of clients looking short stays at one or two days transit periods. These services are set at very low and affordable rates. Facilities inclusive of bedsitters with common needs. The rooms are fully kitted with channel TV and necessities, 24 hour security and emergency vehicle service are on standby. Meals and housekeeping service also provided upon request.

3. LODGE & INN

The Lodge/Inn service facility tends to provide for comfort space, proximity within the Kagamuga CBD for those that tend to seek a more upkeep accommodation facility that meets the current demand and style for a comfortable stay either on business or recreation. The lodge comes fully equipped with an 18 room’s service inclusive of channel TV, rooms all fully furnished and self- contained with private en-suites that accommodate a small family. Fully secure within a friendly neighbourhood with 24 hours security,CCTV and emergency response. There is also an in-house,wifi dining and house-keeping service provided upon request.

4. WAREHOUSE & OFFICE SPACE

FRIENDLY HOME LODGE also provides for long term lease to business houses in the area of logistics and holding a spacious area that comes with a large warehouse area land mass approximate to a 50x100 square ft. This is inclusive of a two-storey warehouse and office space facility fully kitted to meet requirements of business houses within this industry. The location the Warehouse is located right on the Okuk Highway adjacent to the Kagamuga Airport Junction, an ideal strategically located business in light of audience and economical marketing campaigns to show case business.

5. EVENTS & FESTIVALS

 The Friendly Home Bilum Festival is a special event that empowers women by letting them show off their bilum weaving skills. These bilum bags are traditional woven items with cultural importance. At the festival, women can display their creations, learn new techniques, and get advice on turning their craft into a business.The event also includes cultural performances, storytelling, and market stalls where people can buy handmade items. The festival helps women earn money, gain recognition for their skills, and keep traditional weaving techniques alive.

 This festival highlights the strength and creativity of women, helping to ensure they are recognized and valued in all aspects of our cultural life. We believe that supporting this event does not only preserve our heritag, but it promotes gender equality and empowerment. When you see a bilum, you are looking at the hard work and tapestry of a woman.”

The friendly home Wal Festival in Western Highlands Province serves as a revenue-generating platform for local artists, bilum weavers, cavers, and other collectors of cultural artifacts.
